With only a few hours to spare, with a company I have never experienced I decided to hire your service. From the very first telephone call, I had the good fortune to have a polite, clear and articulate woman by the name of Najwa. She listened to my concerns and requests and took the time to repeat them to me after having made the reservation to be certain my requests were understood correctly and met. Showing me, that my concerns were of importance. She also went over all costs. Very straight forward without any double talk. Very unusual and most welcomed.
The outcome was ~ Very positive. This car was sent for a lady who had the following to say about the experience. "The driver was on time , well groomed , polite and above all a very safe driver."
