Additional fees apply for certain services and amenities (gratuity, chauffeur greetings inside airport, baggage handling, car seats, etc.) Gas surcharges are not included in rates above.
All domestic flights passengers are to meet their drivers at the baggage claim area, unless curbside meeting was included in your reservation. Upon arrival at the airport, clients must contact American Sedan at (703) 764-4491. Your chauffeur will be immediately notified that you are ready to be picked up. Passengers are given a 30 minute grace period to meet their driver. After this period, an additional fee of $65 hour minutes will be added to final charges.
Clients arriving on International Flights are to be met at customs arrival area.
Please add $20.00 to rate on service between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Reservations on Holidays, add $25.00. Additional fees may apply in the event of snow storms and other serious weather conditions that affect travel (Rates are subject to change). Toll and parking costs are not included in the rates above. Waiting time will apply for pickups from home/office after 10 minutes. Waiting time for airport pickups will apply 30 minutes after the plane has landed. After this period, an additional fee of $65.00 per hour will be added to final charges.
American Sedan is responsible for checking on the flight arrival. Clients are responsible for providing the correct airline and flight number.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to ensure timely notification, client must contact a team member by phone at (703) 764-4491 between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST. Four hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid cancellation fees. Most special event reservations require 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid cancellation fees. Please inquire for details. Once the driver has been assigned, in the event of cancellation the expected reservation total will be charged. This can include fees for drivers wait time. In the case of flight diversions, clients are responsible for providing American Sedan with location and/or time changes in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in reservation cancellation and/or additional fees for wait time.
